This policy explains what information the Arrow Escape puzzle game ("the App") collects and how it is used. By using the App you agree to this policy.
We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location or any account login. The App does not have user accounts.
Your game progress (levels completed, stars, hints and settings such as sound and vibration) is stored only on your device. It is not sent to our servers.
The free version of the App shows ads provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect and process device information such as your advertising ID, IP address, device model, operating system version and app interaction data. Ads may be personalised depending on your choices and the law in your region. Users in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent through Google's consent form, and can change their choice at any time from Settings › Ad privacy choices in the App.

You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your Android device settings under Google › Ads.
The App offers an optional monthly "VIP" subscription that removes ads. Payments are handled entirely by Google Play. We never see or store your card or payment details. We only receive confirmation from Google Play of whether your subscription is active. You can cancel at any time in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions.
The App is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because progress is stored only on your device, uninstalling the App or clearing its data permanently deletes it. Data processed by Google is kept according to Google's own policies.
You may contact us to ask about any information related to your use of the App. Since we do not store personal data on our servers, most requests can be handled directly through your device and Google account settings.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
